Morimoto Asia- Opening September 30th

I was able to chat with a friend of mine who attended a sneak peek of Morimoto Asia at the newly named Disney Springs this past week.  Here are some facts he shared with me:

• First floor has a lounge as well as regular table service.  First floor kitchen can be seen behind plexiglass with a cabinet in the center of the kitchen that will hold the Peking ducks.
• Sushi bar seats 14 people. 10 are reserved for Disney’s Dining Plan. The other 4 are first come first serve and requires a minimum purchase of $50.00.
• On the second floor, there is an outside patio seating/lounge.  There is a second floor kitchen but it can’t be seen like the open design on the first floor.
• The second floor also offers VIP seating/rooms as well as another “secret lounge” that is exclusive.

Morimoto Asia opens officially this Wednesday, September 30th.  Who’s excited for this one?
